FedEx.

Where can I ship?

We are allowed, by law, to only ship products within the United States of America (USA).

Currently, we do NOT ship products to the following states: Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont.

Products cannot be shipped to an APO, a FPO, a PO Box or an international address.

How much does it cost to get items shipped?

The shipping rate varies depending on the weight of the contents, service selected for shipment and shipping address.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees are determined by FedEx.

Are there restrictions on how much I can have shipped to me?

Certain states do have restrictions. If you have an order that is over the limit, we will contact you to reduce your order to meet the limits.

What are the different shipping methods?

The available options for shipping are: Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. Overnight and 2-Day Air delivers Monday-Friday only. Ground service includes delivery through Saturday.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?

No, you cannot split an order to go to multiple addresses.

I want to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Customers can use FedEx Delivery Manager, an easy, no-cost option offered by our shipping partner. It’s the most efficient way to manage delivery of your FedEx shipments.

When will I receive my order?

We work to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully submitted and received, we require up to two full business days (defined as Monday through Friday) to process your order and get it to our carrier, FedEx. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

External factors outside of Take Your Pick Liquors and FedEx’s control, such as extreme weather conditions, traffic and/or technical failures, may occasionally cause delivery delays. We ask for your patience and understanding during these times. Note that we cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times that FedEx will not guarantee themselves. Once you have a tracking number, please check delivery status via the FedEx website.

How do I track my order?

When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and an estimated delivery date from FedEx. You can track your shipment through their site. Note that your tracking / delivery date information will not reflect progress until the product is scanned at the carrier facility. If you do not see a notification email when you expect it, check your spam filter.

Do I have to sign for my package?

YES, you must sign for an order when it is being delivered and show proof of your age (21 years and over) if you order alcohol. (Note, in some cases, you may need to show ID regardless of what you purchase.)

What if I’m not home when my shipping order arrives?

If you are unable to be home, FexEx will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center. You may also reach out to FedEx and have your package held at your local Walgreens or other local FedEx location. An ID and adult signature is still required.

Can someone else receive my order?

Anyone over the age of 21 at the delivery address will be able to receive the order.
